Return Policy
Live Wire Enterprises tests all el wire units before they are shipped to insure their proper performance. If perchance the item you ordered is defective, please ship the defective unit in its original packaging, within 3 business days from date package arrived your destination, and Live Wire will replace it or refund it for equivalent store credit. Packages shipped back after 3 business days will get store credit only! Please call us at 718-337-0454 or e-mail us before sending the defective unit. Please ship returns to 124 Rand Place, Lawrence, NY, 11559. Due to the specific nature of each order, orders can not be cancelled if they have been prepared. (wire is cut to specific length and connections are made) Returns on all non-defective units must be returned within 4 days of purchase and will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Units returned after 4 business days will get store credit [less 30% restocking fee].
